Cancellation Policy
South Florida Fascia Booking Policy 📅 Scheduling & Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking, including session details and location. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session. 💳 Payment & Cancellations Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48-24 hours of the appointment will be eligible to use the payment used toward a future session. Cancellation within less than 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged 55% of the booking cost. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion—please reach out to Julia in the office at southfloridafascia@gmail.com 👐 Session Expectations Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement. If you are experiencing any illness or have recent injuries, please notify us in advance at southfloridafascia@gmail.com.
